"By far the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had.  Mr. Touni arrived promptly with his assistant.  He provided a written estimate before starting the work, so that there would be no misunderstandings.  They use the extraction/steam method, which in my opinion is superior (having tried both this and chem-dry).  They carefully moved all my furniture aside and cleaned all the areas, and then placed it all back.  They protected the legs of the wooden furniture.  The water they used was hot, and they took extra care to remove any spots.  They cleaned the stairs and hallway thoroughly, making sure to clean all the carpeting on the stairs, not just the parts you step on,  They worked quickly and efficiently.  Over the years I have had many companies clean carpets for me, but this was definitely the best.  The carpet was dry by the next day and looked great.  Oh, and by the way, the price was very reasonable!  I would highly recommend this company."

"I first used this company about fifteen years ago, maybe even twenty. I called earlier this year to have a Tibetan rug cleaned after many years of beagle and cat hair had left rug in such a terrible condition that it was rolled up and left in the attic. Well after I brought the rug out of retirement and a divorce, I can honestly state this was best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had.  Mr. Touni is always on time, sets forth fair prices and will caution anyone about normal wear and tear, residual pet stains, etc. just to be clear that he can't work magic every time.

Well he worked magic and invested ten (10) additional washings of my prized rug because he knew how much it meant to me.  Yes he charged me a little bit more, but no way near what he could have for the time invested.

"This week we had Mr. Touni come to clean our carpets for the first time. He and his assistant were very professional, time-efficient and thorough with their cleaning.  They moved the very big bed aside to clean underneath and they removed a rug from under the bed as well!
They put back in place all the large objects with plastic protectors and advised to let dry till tomorrow to put back smaller items.
All the stains came out and our carpets look like new!
They also cleaned the stairs and upstairs bedrooms to like new!
